Can you give me an example scenario?

John refers Jane to JB&H Remodeling for her basement remodel project. JB&H Remodeling sends a contract to Jane for $5000-10%. Jane pays JB&H Remodeling for the project. JB&H Remodeling sends John a Visa credit card for $500.
